Emily+Ian{Reid Chapel & Iron City}

We love what we get to do each and every weekend making couples’ wedding days special.  Often, our bride and grooms become our friends through the planning process and for years after their big day.

In this situation, we had a friendship with Emily prior to her engagement because the taught our daughter in pre-school.  When she asked us to provide the flowers and décor for her wedding to Ian, we were thrilled!

Emily was radiant on her wedding day as you can see from this gorgeous image from AL Weddings, LLC.

Emily and Ian had the perfect wedding day starting at Reid Chapel on the campus of Samford University.  We love ceremonies at this beautiful campus because the natural light, the gorgeous pipe organ, and the long aisle in the chapel make for wonderful photos.  Prior to the ceremony, there is an unlimited amount of perfect locations for outdoor pictures around the campus.  We hope you will take a moment to look at a few of these pictures from around Samford University.

We loved providing the pew markers and large altar arrangements to compliment the inherent beauty of the interior of Reid Chapel.  Emily, Ian, and the entire wedding party looked stunning.

Following the ceremony, there was time for a few more pictures outside with perfect lighting prior to heading to the reception.  We would love to thank Emily and her bridesmaids for the awesome “C” made out of their bouquets, and thanks to AL Weddings for capturing it perfectly!

 After the fun around campus, the ceremony to officially become husband and wife, and a few more photos it was time to move the party to Iron City.

 We loved the vibrant hues of purple that we got to incorporate into the food table arrangements and the larger centerpieces on our fluted vases.

We love the lighting in this beautiful venue and love the spots from Design Productions on the tables.

Emily and Ian had such a fun reception thanks to a wonderful band, great atmosphere, and amazing guests.  The vendor team worked perfectly together and were lead perfectly by the team at I do I do wedding planning.

Ian, Emily, and their guests danced the night away.  They enjoyed the moment, and displayed their love for one another for all to see.  Thanks again for allowing us to be a part!!

One last thank you to all of the wonderful vendors that participated in this fun-filled day!  Thanks to Alex and Sara for the amazing detail shots.  We are looking forward to working with each of you again very soon!
